Wrap and Review
Although we didn't actually do too much, we learned quite a bit in this lesson. You should be familiar with these concepts:
- When you float an element, it is taken out of the normal document flow.
- Elements that follow a floated element will behave as if the floated element does not exist.
- Elements that follow a floated element need to clear vertical space for the floated element.
- Adding padding to a block element increases the overall size of the element.
- If the combined width of two or more floated boxes is too large for their container, the floated boxes will stack vertically.
